my responsibilities were up keep of all vacant apartments repair any thing that was required to put new tenaents

in them such as painting,pulling carpet and tile lying carpet and tile, patch walls, I aslo did electrical work such

as light switches,electrical outlets,and ceiling fans. my job also required pulling toliets and tubs out putting

new one in, I serviced aircondition and heating units

Accomplishments

my accomplishments I got from sun set was learning new things from my co workers that I can take any were

in life with me.

Skills Used

I used good leadership,being very understanding and a good listener I had to be very dependable to be in this

field most of all good attitude dealing with tenants on a every day basis
