ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
* Responsible for the planning of laboratory activities in the lab such
as analysis of raw material, finished products and stability samples.
Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
* Responsible for the review of analytical data, logbooks, calibration
records and release of samples.
* Interaction/ communication with clients.
* Preparing for external and internal audit.
* Guidance and technical support to new recruits (Technician/ Students).
* Responsible for preparing stability sample pull schedule, inventory
management and their records.
* Responsible for the preparation and revision of departmental SOPs and
test procedures.
* Maintaining the pharmacopeia reference standards and working standards
with respect to quality, validity and storage condition.
* Responsible for preparation and qualification requirements (IQ, OQ &
PQ) of analytical equipments in the laboratory.
* Responsible for the preparation of stability study protocols and
planning of stability samples and analysis.
* Good technical knowledge of analytical testing and NABL, NABH &
instrument trouble shooting.
* Co-operative with superiors and with team members.
