access to classified material.

Administer command classified supply activities, interpret department and

NAVSUPSYSCOM regulations and determine policy and procedures to be

followed.

Distribution of supplies; development and maintenance of proper budgeting

and fiscal policies, direction of stock accounting systems, inventory

control methods and systems; disposition of excess and obsolete stock,

storage and distribution of material.

Broad knowledge of logistics procedures, transportation systems,

distribution concepts, budgeting, and accounting policies, inventory

control techniques, and material management
