the Martini trading application. Manage the $150K Compliance initiative to enhancement the Customer Management
System to allow for the entry and approval of trade error forms for the Equity and Fixed Income Operations group.
Manage the $650K Compliance initiative to create and/or enhance control and supervisor reports to support the SEC’s
RegSho requirements. Serve as Business & Data Analyst on $350K Compliance initiative to implement the SEC’s
RegSho requirements for short sale trading in the Martini, FBSI, and RWOE/TBX trading applications. Work with

the Project Charter with the project team. Documents and/or assists in the preparation of detailed FeB System
Requirements documents (SRA), including impact analysis and use cases. Conducts reviews with the business sponsor,
