Senior Project Manager - Contract Position

Worked directly with the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to execute and facilitate as well

as aid in the directing of strategy, business and data analysis, resource allocation and project management for internal

proprietary and 3rd party Equity and Fixed Income Trading and Risk Management applications. Managed project teams

Liaisoned to the Bain Capital Project Management Office to ensure PLC process across all technology initiatives are

document management platform for Corporate Finance Team. Organized and led project status meetings and worked

closely with the development team lead and business analyst to document project status and inter-project risks.

Project Manager – Fidelity Capital Markets - Contract Position (8/09 – 6/10)

Manage $500K Securities Finance initiative to allow for the order entry and bookkeeping of trades for Tri-Party Repos in

the Martini trading application. Manage the $150K Compliance initiative to enhancement the Customer Management

System to allow for the entry and approval of trade error forms for the Equity and Fixed Income Operations group.

Manage the $650K Compliance initiative to create and/or enhance control and supervisor reports to support the SEC’s

RegSho requirements. Serve as Business & Data Analyst on $350K Compliance initiative to implement the SEC’s

RegSho requirements for short sale trading in the Martini, FBSI, and RWOE/TBX trading applications. Work with

Technology and Quality Assurance to develop project plans and budgets utilizing Fidelity’s Systems Delivery

Methodology. Manage project risks through comprehensive mitigation assessment. Provide bi-weekly status reports to

senior management. Work with trading desks and subject matter experts to define business and system requirements.

Senior Business Analyst – Fidelity ActionsXchange– Contract Position (11/08 – 8/09)

Write the Fidelity ActionsXchange (FAX) System Requirement Specification for the International Order Entry project.

Coordinate with internal data providers to validate data file changes. Coordinate with other internal Fidelity Systems

groups to determine Cross Reference mapping requirements. Work with FAX systems group to modify our system to

process new international securities data source and required mapping changes. Execute FAX System Testing as it relates

tools and applications across Fidelity Retail and Institutional software platforms. Partner with business sponsors to review

the Project Charter with the project team. Documents and/or assists in the preparation of detailed FeB System

Requirements documents (SRA), including impact analysis and use cases. Conducts reviews with the business sponsor,

business subject matter experts, PM, designers, content writers and developers to obtain necessary information for the FeB

SRA. Participates in the review of the prototype and makes recommendations to the designer and project team. Analyzed

existing system logic and operational processes and procedures to develop recommendations that will solve end user

Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst – Contract Position

Manage the design and implementation of a project to calculate accruals in Kondor for Interest Rate Swaps. Manage the

design and implementation of Derivatives Blotter Order Management System, Middle Office Pricing System, Kondor

Trading System, and Cash Management System. Act as lead senior business analyst in the design and implementation of

the STAR Investment Accounting system. Ensure delivery of all projects on time and within budget. Lead JAD sessions
