Duties & Responsibilities:
Bunge North America (NYSE: BG) is a vertically integrated food and feed ingredient firm
supplying raw and processed agricultural commodities and food ingredients to a wide
range of customers in the livestock, poultry, food processor, foodservice, and bakery
industries. Headquartered in St. Louis, MO, Bunge North America and its subsidiaries
operate grain elevators, oilseed processing plants, edible oil refineries, packaging
facilities, and corn dry mills in the U.S., Canada & Mexico.
Currently serve as Continuous Improvement Leader with responsibility for leading
cross-functional and critical business projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques
designed to identify and eliminate waste and improve performance company-wide.
Tasked with assisting plants and enhancing business functions through mapping
critical work processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Plan, schedule,
and conduct Kaizen (rapid improvement) events at targeted opportunities.
Work collaboratively with senior managers to ensure project alignment with business
strategy, assist financial controllers in identifying, tracking, and capturing project
