Operations; with the same below profile i.e. production of
sponsorship tags/billboards for more than 25 channels (India,
International & Regional) along with various channel Launches &
re-launches. Managed team of 3-5 members.

Producing Sponsorship tags/billboards content for more that 25
channels (India, International & Regional) in stipulated time
period (deadlines) for which the mentioned process had to be
followed & making the same available for telecast before/on
time. Was direct reporting to AVP Operations along with managing
team of 3-5 members
. Coordinating with Traffic, Sales, Presentation and Standards &
Practices team as well as Brand activation for all the tags related
issues. Hence have knowledge about brand activation as well.
. Responsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of the
content.
. Interact with clients and various dept. on a daily basis
. Understanding the Clients projects across different industry
verticals, their target audience and the marketing requirements.
. Maintaining database of same for all channels and entering data in
ON-AIR system software for the entire paperwork received for the
production of tags.
. Following processes and maintain & updating process sheets &
develop client reports.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills & Proficiency using
Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

clients & various departments
. Co-coordinating with VO artist for the recordings and ensuring that
the correct recordings are done with accurate VO as per the
