Boroughs and maintains its profitability by providing excellent service
• Working with the Director and senior staff to establish and/or refine office
policy to ensure that Bk and Advanced Psychotherapy goals and objectives

• Ensuring that legislative and Client-related activities are synchronized and
compatible with the Insurance Companies, in conjunction with the with the
educators role, identifies the need of the staff and submit reports base on

• Collaborate with managerial staff and Chief Executive Director to ensure
t here is coordination of services in seven sites
• Responsible for over sight, supervision and quality assurance of all mental
AOD clinical services including both record keeping and direct services.
• Working directly with the Chief Executive Director and senior leadership to
a ttend to the overall administration of this organization, including but not
l imi ted to: legislative affairs, public and in tergovernmental matters, press
and communication, contracting and procurement, strategic initiatives and
E EO issues
• Serving as liaison to staff, other government entities and the general public
and guide the Director in decisions affecting major policy and procedural
changes.
• Representing the Chief Executive Director at inter-agency meetings as
necessary
• Promoting coordination of Bk and Advanced Psychotherapy activities with
other organizations through signed Memorandum of Understanding through
Social Services Organizations, academic institutions and professional
community organizations.
• Supervises the Clinical Directors and Therapists’ patients to ensure
t reatment plans are designed for a continuum of clinical services to improve
t he quality of lives
• Supervises all staff members .i.e. Psychiat rists, therapists, supervisors and
quality assurance team
• Performs all intakes and formulate assessment, diagnosis, case assignment
and conducts psychotherapy for patients diagnosed with Axis 1, 11, 111, and
1V
• Responsible for hiring, evaluation, discipline and fi r ing and, other d uties
such as payroll, benefits, scheduling, t ravel and budgeting
• Responsible for developing policies and procedures that help the organization
• Maintains compliance with industry standards and health care laws and

for the preventive agency’s operation

regarding Smoking Cessation, Prevention of SIDS, Safe Sex and the
i mportance of Breast Feeding
• This service was and continues to be an instrumental factor in reducing the
i nfant mortality rate. Additional tasks were to assess the participants for
post partum depression and other mental health service need. Children over
t he ages of 5 were also screened and assessed for creative services such as art
t herapy and t ransactional perspective group work services

This project was designed to promote advocacy and campaign management within
t he St Nicholas Houses to eliminate child abuse and neglect. I ts basic design was in
accordance with the primary preventive model.
• Coached student interns to learn the work of community advocacy in
p romoting public information media on the prevention of child abuse and
neglect through the program in tense outreach campaigns;
• Developed resources in Central Harlem primarily in the St. Nicholas Housing
Development, managed the outreach team and provide guidance to the
Parent Support Group.
• Screened and assessed applicants for this project for acceptance preventive
services were accurate.
Managing D i rector – N M PP Sta rt Right Coalition I mmunization P roject--
concur rent position
Secondary preventive services model in accordance with the medical model, the
p roject’s objectives were to reassure over a 6 year period that 3,000 children received
i mmunization and were up to date. 7-year contract ended
