. Analyzed Print shop's ordering habits. Put items out for contract
bidding, saving $26K annually. Secured highest volume discounts on
supplies and paper. Designed an ease of ordering form.
. Analyzed Corporate Express' procurement of contract items. By networking
and introducing Corporate Express to vendors that would reduce the Bank's
cost, a savings of $475K annually was realized.
. Designed and administered a new contract office supply catalog and
requisition form which resulted in a 28% drop in administrative work and
a 44% decrease in incorrectly ordered goods being returned to Corporate
Express.

. Developed and implemented a surplus office supply program among the end
users resulting in annual savings of $16K.
. Worked with Staples to introduce and implement their green equipment and
cleaning product program in three main buildings, resulting in Leeds
certification. Cost savings of $150 K annually realized by consolidating
over 25 products per building into just 4 Staples green products.
. Developed and implemented a program where headsets, corresponding
accessories and Blackberry accessories currently handled by four vendors
were consolidated and now handled by one vendor (Staples) via an online
ordering platform. A user friendly interactive on line order form and
guide were created. Results were a major decrease in administrative work
and an annual savings due to the consolidating of $51K.
. Negotiated contracts with such vendors as Tab, Spiral Binding, Staples,
Shred-it, etc., resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in annual cost
savings upon contract completion.
. Developed, implemented and participated in sustainability projects such
as green products lunch and learn sessions with end users, used battery
and pen recycling programs, a recycled toner program implemented with
Lexmark resulting in an average annual rebate of $75K.
