FSR is a multi-year program that will mitigate technical and operational risk by replacing our aging, inflexible and non-
integrated financial management system with a single source of truth called eLedger. This is the bank’s most critical
initiative. Eledger is a cutting-edge, vendor supported(SAP) to consolidate and streamline all financial management
processes across all of the bank’s businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities: Test Coordinator
Coordinate cross-team test execution – act as central communication point for testing and application teams
• Monitor execution status of each application area – escalate risk areas as needed
• Ensure fast resolution of issues and queries raised by the test team pertaining to the initiative/project
• Ensure appropriate escalations to the Test Execution Manager and Senior Test Managers
• Communicate testing conditions to Test Leads (e.g. timeframes have changed, regions changed, environment
down, etc.)
• If applicable (and not already done as part of Release Management effort for integrated release initiative):
- Create consolidated defect reporting
- Lead daily status and defect meeting with process team and tech team.
