Created working plan to insourse to USA an India Company with lower cost production in US. Creating jobs in South

Carolina 2013.

Created business plan to move business from New York to North Carolina. Established the company, brought in

European Investor and sold the company. The new business plan worked well with EBITDA exceeding our initial

forecast.
