OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a position with this company I would like to be able to
utilize and continue to develop my organizational, social, and

EXPERIENCE:
Coconut Tan: Assistant Manager (12/2007- present)
Front desk, cash register, greeting customers and making them feel
welcomed, multi tasking, entering information into the computer,
answering phones, assisting customers, sales (supplies- membership),
explaining the usage of the equipment to the customers, assuring
clients a good experience, opening/closing business.
Tractor Supply: Team member (10/2012-present) Cash register,

customers when needed, on the freight team, so putting shipments up
upon arrival, restock shelf’s, cleaning and organizing store through
out the day and when closing and preparing for the next day.

customer with problems, solving problems or concerns in a kind
manner, replying to emails, excellent customer service, issuing
credits/refunds from kiosk machines under company guidelines.

makes me a valuable asset to the company. I am able to work with
others and independently. I am able to follow company policy’s and
instructions, as well as cross training others to perform the same
responsibilities and duties as me. I have the ability to multi task while
coordinating with the team. I am experienced with Microsoft word,
Excel, Spreadsheets, typing, emails, filing, the copier and fax. I like to
keep the work space clean and organized, I prioritize work loads and
utilize resources. I am committed to always being helpful, making
myself useful, and taking care of customer are responsibilities I am
good with. I understand customers dictate our business. I have
continued patience with people and take the time to understand and
address their concerns or needs. I like to ensure each customer has
understanding customer service and a welcoming experience with
each visit.
