Description: Prepared the project report in order to understand the implementation

and documentation of QMS (ISO 9001:2008) in an organization by using my ownership

mentality and prioritizing skills.

Minor Research Project- "Perception of consumers towards online shopping in

Indore."

The objective of the study was to identify the demographic profile of consumers

who shop online and to know the factors affecting the perception of online buyers

in Indore.

Tools and Software used: Frequency and Factor Analysis, SPSS

Findings: The demographic profile showed that the majority of males and the

consumers of age group 21 to 30 yrs prefer online shopping. Also the factors

Convenience, Product Information, Security and Order Management affect the

perception of consumers towards online shopping.
