> Referring and Reviewing proto, fit, pp sample comments.

> Size set development and review for accuracy of graded pattern, nest and

measurements.

> Conducting in line & batch online auditing.

> Reviewing the Samples as per Buyer requirements & implementing Buyer

Comments.

> Reviewing the TOP sample as per Buyer Requirement and send on time.

> Evaluating PP samples or Sealer Sample as per final fit comments by

referring pattern corrections & Size set samples.

> Evaluating Pattern Grading & Shrinkage Grouping as per Fabric shrinkage.

> Coordinating with buyers on the Technical queries.

> Closing all approvals before commencement of Production.

> Conducting Pre production meeting before starting production as per PCD

plan.

> Evaluating Fabric& Trim Inspection reports.

> Ensuring cutting room inspection, Pilot run inspection, Batch online

inspection, Wash lots inspection, and Interim and Final inspections being

carried out effectively.

> To conduct SOP audit season wise to maintain buyer requirement.

> Analyze Customer compliant & Customer feedback and initiate effective

corrective action periodically.

> Train & upgrade the sub-ordinates so as to take more charges.

> Responsible for the total execution starting from sampling stage till

shipment.

> Responsible for shipping out garments with required quality.

> Conducting sop audits monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly for

improvisation of sop to meet require standard.

> Conducting training programme for QA's & subordinates to continual

improvements in in order to meet buyer standard.
