. Integrated a 32,000sq ft. office-warehouse location, its
infrastructure, employees, equipment and inventory into my existing
location in April 2013, then converting there system over, training
personnel and combining the overall business without impact to the
customer by June 2013
. Reorganized Receiving function/area of warehouse to one side of
facility to allow for true FIFO operation (First-In-First-Out) of
inventory.
. Restructured Will-Call area/operations, removing pre-pulled product
from inventory racks into new Will-Call racking to allow for faster

- Installed demo cases for secure product displays to allow for more

. Achieved a passing grade of 97% on first ISO 2009 (Industry Standards

. Reorganized entire inventory, materials handling, receiving/picking
processes into system of practices built upon inventory management,
integrity and auditing that lead to major reductions in errors, order
