operations planning and implementation, safety, quality, sales, R&D, sourcing, human resources, aftermarket, and accounting
for $40MM business producing vacuum trucks, jetters, material movers, and drill rigs for global distribution.
Key Achievements:
Successfully increased production capacity by 45% to meet customer demand with a reduction in material costs and improved

budget with capital spending of $3MM annually; responsibility for supervision, training and performance management of
accounting staff of 13.
Key Achievements:
Implemented 20 Keys to Workplace Improvement that resulted in enhanced productivity and efficiency, improved cross
training, and elimination of overtime.
Managed IT team in software improvements to support operations and customer service with no software investment and 150%
growth.
Implemented LEAN accounting best practices for E&O policy, Kanbans, terms and conditions, and monthly closing process
with development of site Finance Team to support 150% growth with no increase to headcount.
Introduced a consistent closing process to provide quality and timely financial information to business unit leaders with
implementation of a five day closing cycle for multiple sites.
Saved $2M annually with practical process improvements and Value Stream Mapping that reduced processing time for
customer returns, intercompany and invoice processing, cash application, equipment assembly and warehousing.
Reduced DOS down to 37 days from 92 at local site with facilitation of inventory and E&O reduction projects and
collaboration with major accounts to eliminate unmatched invoices with $290MM revenues.
