• In about a 60% of the customers, we had control of their bank account and we were in
charge of all their monthly payments, including, but not limited to: payroll, loans, and

customer’s account which included, but not limited to: doctors (optometry, general
medicine, ob gyn…), engineers, veterinary, retail stores, restaurants, manufacturing,

• Complete payroll process for customers, including time sheets, payroll checks,
electronic payroll payments, to some customers, monthly deposits to IRS and state
agencies; quarterly and year end returns for federal and state government.
• In charge of recruiting personnel during tax season; offer training and all the jobs
done in the office
