Business description:

NetWorkS! company employs approximately 800 employees.

The first and the largest company in Poland dealing with

planning, construction and operation of interoperable

networks radio.

NetWorkS! offers its services for two operators: T-Mobile and

Orange, who in July 2011 signed an agreement on joint use

of their radio access networks.

One of the main goals is to create a world-class

mobile network in Poland and as a consequence a visible

improvement of services provided and increase their coverage.

Network consolidation project has proved to be a great economic

success for both operators bringing them tangible benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and development of the Sharepoint 2010

• SQL server administration

• Web applications development

• Administration of Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS

• IT support

• Sharepoint 2010 permissions management

• Development and maintenance of information systems

Projects:

• Consolidation of the radio network – Sharepoint 2010

administration.

This is the most important NetWorkS! project. It’s goal

was to enable use of common infrastructure radio

for two telecommunications operators.

My role in this project was brought to the administration

Sharepoint 2010 and site management, gathering

sensitive data whose confidentiality guaranteed by

company’s statute.

• Permission management of subcontractors

(Black Box rules)

• Corporate portal – planning, preparation, opinion and

implementation.

• Migration of html web-sites to Sharepoint 2010

environment

• Implementation of the organizational structure

Internal applications and portals:

• Automatic accounting of mobile business phones [html,

CSS,AJAX,SQL]

• Corporate Directory correspondence [html,

CSS,AJAX,SQL]

• IVR reports – consumption of resource call center

[html,CSS,AJAX,SQL]

Applications: accounting records overtime, repair of

equipment directory,surveys, corporate internal blogs

in Sharepoint 2010.
