• Visiting various factories, keeping the coming up seasons in mind and sent new

collections/inspiration swatches to customers, making Power Point

Presentations, keeping in mind respective tastes.

• Understanding and conveying tech-packs to the factories and guiding them to

make precise samples.

• Ordering imported nominated supplier’s trims in an appropriate time.

In dealing with local markets, I got a golden chance of dealing with the ‘working class’ of

people, like karigars/embroiders & tailors. My job profile also included following duties

which boosted my working confidence.

• Buying of ready fabric from the local market as per Customers requirement.

• Sourcing trims from local markets to the closest availability keeping customers

requirement.

• Scrutinizing and maintaining records of every garment, for re-order and billing

purpose.

• Identifying and illustrating the type of embroidery and design from a given file

photo, and thus helping the karigar in making the desired ‘khaka’.

• Designing Embroidery samples on the concept provided by customers and also

creating self designs visiting various sites & local markets.

• Keeping a track of the product movement and assuring timely execution based

on the timeline.

stitched garments for embroidery placement.

• Coordinating with finishing incharge over packing and finishing. Also checking

on the possibilities of mending the rejected or altered garments.
