Organizational Development

Overall responsibilities include being responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. I am the leader of the management team, created and

chairman of the management transparency and accountability initiative, and corporate change agent. Report directly to the CEO.

• Responsible for a successful on-going corporate culture change

• Successfully kept company productive during economic downturn in 2008/2009

Employee Relations

• Decreased employee benefit budget by $500,000 between 2004 to present while keeping competitive employee benefits packages

maintain competitive benefit plans while remaining financially viable. This group has gained the buy-in from employees as to why

decisions are made pertaining to benefit plans

and engineers, the largest of which was $40,000. Approved all corporate training

Corporate Compensation

Responsible for all compensation programs including employee evaluation, retention, succession planning and severance and release packages.

• Assess annually all employees via evaluation process using performance metrics and benchmarking data through automotive industry

organizations and American Society of Employers (ASE)

• Successfully negotiated severances with all staff members without any adverse legal actions

• Secured and transferred all Mexican corporate assets to Argent International

• $22,000.00 of $250,000.00 budget was saved through my negotiation with creditors and separated employees

• Contracted with third party administrator to administer Mexican governmental labor compliance
