MAIN PROJECT
Title: Quadra Steering system
Technology: Manufacturing.
Description: Quadra steering system is the four wheel steering system which is
used to reduce the turning radius of the heavy and normal vehicle. It leads to the improvement
of vehicle maneuverability, stability, handling and controlling at higher speed. It also provides
nearly neutral steering in situations like low speed cornering, vehicle parking and driving in
cities with heavy traffic in tight spaces. It offers nearly 50% reduction in turning radius.
Role: Team Leader.
MINI PROJECT
Title: Pneumatic Shearing System
Technology: Manufacturing.
Description: A shearing machine is pneumatically powered. It consist of double
acting pneumatic cylinder which operated by 5/2 foot pedal direction control valve. It is used to
cut the different thickness of sheet metal (up to 12 gauge) with reduced man power. Advantage
of this project is there is no size limit of sheet metal.
