Duties & Responsibilities :-

NDT Methods:

To witness, inspect Penetrant Testing

To interpret Radiography films

To witness radiography of welding joints

To witness of ultrasonic testing

To witness of Magnetic particle testing

QC Inspection:

Inspection of fit up, root,visual,final inspection, preheat, post heat and inter pass temperature during

welding as per the relevant WPS

Inspection cleaning during each welding process

Review of filler metal batch certificate as per project requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Responsible for manufacturing components as per QC requirement

Raw Material Verification

Prepare Quality documents to every inspection stage.

Inspect the job while incoming, in process, final inspection

Check & Monitor NDT

Records, organizes and evaluates test results and generates NDT reports

Welding inspection according to project specification &relevant standards like ASME Sec VIII&IX

Visual inspection and carried out dimension control check.

Monitoring calibration status of Welding machines and Inspection tools.

Generating Quality Control reports.

Inspection of fabricated /manufactured assemblies

Monitoring of welder performance level

Inspection for pump Assembly Parts

Fuel Injection Pump Assembly
