Procurement Management part of the Distribution module. Out of these two,

the major customizations are done on the Sales Order Management side. The

Procurement Management side is having almost the same functionality as in

the JD Edwards vanilla application. The Sales Order Part mainly deals

with creating an Order, processing it. While processing the order it

mainly goes thru two steps. First is the Central Service step and the

second is Service Source step.

. Developed reconciliation module - For this module developed three

applications and Reports (bottle reconciliation, packing reconciliation

and batch summary reports).

These reports give the all information related to the batch.

. Developed Inventory issue print report - this report developed for the

store department for detail information of material issue, SMR and

material return on the lot wise basis.

. Developed manufacturing reports as per business requirement (work order

status report, standard cost component report, material usages variance

report, finish goods clearing report, packing goods transfer note

reports)

. Developed finance reports as per the business requirement ( Payment

advice report, purchase register report, G/L Detail report, FG statement

report, RM statement report, Egg stock statement report and conversion

loss report)

. Developed PO print for (Import and Local) program.

. Modification in work order entry program (P48013) - as per Baxter

business requirement is some additional field on the work order entry

form and one validation for batch i.e. batch number(lot number) is not

repeated for the same product.

. Modification in work order inventory issues program (P31113) - make

requisitions for IMR, SMR and MRN before issue the material.

. Developed customized batch application for in transit status of the stock

P59412.

. Developed customized Report for item stock ledger. (For this report

created 3 new RPG program item wise, branch plant wise and lot wise

generate report, Also created error report for this item stock ledger

report.)

. Developed WW (world Writer) report according to the business requirement.

The major challenges of the development of this project are work complete

with in given time. Involved in the implementing three manufacturing plant

for sales and distribution, manufacturing, finance module. Understanding

the client requirements gathering, documenting the logic and sign off with

the client. In code development implement the standards as defined by the

client, handling large volumes of data.

such as Distribution; Sales, manufacturing & Finance. The Project aims to

develop reports for these modules.

Subfile Program on which it displays all records from Sales Order Journal

File on certain criteria.

and Item Cardex to CAMS table for further Reporting purpose, Interactive

Application (Item Approval) was developed for Taxation Team.

Helvoet, established in 1939, is internationally active in custom-made

development and manufacturing of single and assembled plastic and rubber

components.

. Developed Batch Application to extract data from Account Ledger Inquiry

application, as per User's requirements. The application relates General

Ledger to the Item Ledger tables.

. Responsible for Code changes as per Functional Specifications.

. Prepared World Writer Reports to meet the Client's requirement.

Role: Resolution to User Issues, Production Support. Also performed

administrative tasks so as the turn the Server down and resume in the
