Responsibilities :

Commissioning of Loaders and Trucks with documentation

completed.

To do trouble shooting whenever required during shift break down

Implement DO and DON’T DO for operator.

Train the site team for quick troubleshooting and proper

maintenance, circuit analysis from checking and how to carry out

shift checks and critical checks.

Train the site team in sub assemblies repairs and overhauls as per

OEM standards. Testing and repaired assemblies.

Develop product wise part list to be kept at site by Customer.

Forecasting parts requirement based on actual plan of usage and

condition of machines.

To keep tract of schedule maintenance are done on time.

To make the service report of any accidental damage in the

machine caused by the customer (operator) in my shift and to get

it signed from the customer.
