Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintaining KPI's like TCH Drop rate, SD drop rate, TCH blk, SD blk, HOSR.
• Ericsson Parameters tuning to keep the KPI's improved.

1) Project: Bouygues Telecom, Ericsson, France
Responsibilities:
• Pledge on maintenance and bringing improvements in RF KPI post swap from Nortel to Ericsson Networks
for Bouygues Telecom.
• Analysis of GSM and WCDMA KPIs and taking necessary steps to improvement the network quality
• Ericsson Parameters tuning to keep the KPI's improved.
• Optimize the WCDMA network Performance to reach the KPI's RRC & RAB attempts, Success, Handover -
CS & PS (Soft, softer and hard), CS & PS IRAT Handovers.
• Optimizing Overshooting Cell, Swap sites, checking RSCP, ECIO

• Investigation of 3G KPI's such as accesibity, retainability, mobility and traffic
• KPI monitoring and Optimization for 3G and parameter level optimization
• Analyzing the RSCP, Pilot Pollution, Ec/Io, Soft & Softer Handover in Drive Logs
• Reporting and analyzing the worst performing cells KPI's
• Data Collection and KPI check from Huawei PRS tool
• To check the HSDPA parameters are correctly implemented on the site using Huawei iManager
• To check if there are no missing HO between co localised site and the direct neighbours
• To check the existing alarms on the site using Huawei iManager M2000

• To check the mean RTWP value trend which gives the information's about the load, hardware fault like faults
in feeder, connectors and RF unit

3) Project: Mobistar (Lifting/3G Refresh), Belgium
Responsibilities:
• The project Lifting aims to swap the vertical polar antenna of sites to cross polar antenna
• The project 3G Refresh is Swap Project from Nortel to Huawei BTS
• KPI monitoring after swapping the antenna from vertical to cross polar
• KPI monitoring after swapping from Nortel to Huawei BTS
• Generate the raw data and checking KPI's from Huawei PRS tool for the required swapped sites
• KPI monitoring & analyzing on daily basis with the help of Metrica tool
• To check alarms and neighbour definitions from Huawei iManager M2000
• Discussion with customer for getting Acceptance of Swapped sites
• Used to upload Site data base in Network Library and Site Handler (Mobistar tool)

• Check for e-PLMN request (for In roamers also) and compare if the sent e-PLMN is of that required for the
network based on MNC

Chennai
• To Check the Pilot Pollution with the Scanner and to verify the areas with more than three Active set in the
reporting Ranges and suggest the necessary Physical changes that are need to be made
• SCFT and cluster drive of 3G sites and Checking Voice, Video Calls and Data Throughput with FTP Download,
Cell Reselection from 3G to 2G and Vice versa, Soft and Softer Handovers in 3G and Hard handovers from
3G to 2G for Both PS and CS Call
• Monitoring the RF parameters Tx Power, UTRA Carrier RSSI, SIR, Target SIR, SAN (Serving/Active and
Neighbor) Set, RxLev, BLER, CPICH Ec/No, CPICH RSCP (Received Signal Code Power), RAT (Radio
Access Technology) State to determine the strength and quality of the signal, channel interference of the signal
