WORKING EXPERIENCE:

I have 06 Years of Experience at Gas Turbines, HFO Diesel Engine Niigata,

Caterpillar diesel Engine and Jenbacher Gas Engine Power plants in which I

was involved in Operation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.

I have worked one year in Sapphire fibers ltd (Plant Capacity: 8.474MW) as

a Trainee Plant operator and currently working in Ibrahim fibers Ltd. As

Control room operator (Plant Capacity: 71.8MW) from 06-05-2010 to till

date.

Professional Experience on Gas Turbine:

Ibrahim fibers Ltd. is a largest unit of polyester and yarn production in

Pakistan. The owners increasing plants capacity time to time. For this

purpose the installed capacity of power plant is 71.8MW.

Erection / Commissioning & Operation of Power Plant

Power Plant 13.6MW capacity designed by "TURBOMACH (Switzerland)" and

NIIGATA ENGINES 16V32CLX (H.F.O) installed under supervision of

"TURBOMACH / ENERPROJECT / BONO ENERGIA" Engineers & Technician. I worked

with this team from commissioning to startup of the plant. I participated

in the plant installation & commissioning activities. All loops were tested

& verified. All the plant Controlled by DCS (Distributed Control System).

Plant web by EMERSON Process Management, Company of USA.

Power Plant Comprises of:

Plant Capacity: Total 71.8MW

PG-01 - Bi-fuel power plant (58.3MW) based on HFO engines of NIIGATA

16V32CLX (11 No's each of 5.3MW).

PG-02 - Gas turbines power plant of TURBOMACH SA TITAN-130 (13.5 MW).

Responsibilities:

V Specially worked at Gas Turbine in the Operation field.

V Worked on engine control and monitoring system.

V Worked during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HFO engines also

including its auxiliaries.

V Worked on RLC, PLC & DCS systems, synchronization, load sharing system

and monitoring the Temperature sensors during the operation plant.

V Worked and trouble shooting of different rating of Motors and their MCC

panels.

V Troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of operating mechanism

switchgear and vacuum circuit breaker & Air circuit breaker.

V Installation, wiring and configuration of low voltage Air circuit

breakers, also contact inspection and replacement.
