comprised of 2,000 miles of SONET fiber and 400 DS3 circuits. Spearheaded a team of 30
staff members focused on maintaining operational compliance with Service Level
Agreements. Performed overall management of fault, changes, troubleshooting, events,
and remote dispatch services. Managed 250 routers and 600 remote servers. Delivered
diagnostic analysis of core routers and critical application communications to ensure top
data network performance. Provided comprehensive training to Tier 1 personnel on router
fault management.

• Slashed operational errors fueled by network changes.
