Designation - Testing engineer
This project aims at development and maintenance of ticketing applications
for major casinos, theatres, conventions and events for client.
As a team member, I was involved in the following tasks.
. Leading team in creation and execution of test cases, QA processes and
strategies, bug documentation, test strategies, plans and regression.
. Overall Requirement Analysis and maintenance of the status of all
Ticketsunplugged requirements and client queries.
. Whole system testing of all the ticketing application softwares
including windows mobile ticketing application, ticketing application
as widgets (desktop and adobe air), iPhone ticketing application, web
based applications and ticket scanning applications.
. Regular database monitoring, error log, FTP logs, access logs and SQL
logs monitoring for testing.
. Content management of websites, applications, widget through CMS.
. Creation of User manuals for all applications, overall system module
wise documentation for clients.
. Liasoning with clients for requirements, implementations. Providing
assistance for all technical queries. Effective coordination between
clients, developing team and testing team. Managed internal and
external customer questions.
. SOTI MOBICONTROL: Remote control of client side Mobicontrol devices,
adding devices for clients in Mobicontrol server. Checking deployment
