Long Term Disability, 401k, and any other benefits offered. I make it my job and purpose to help
employees and clients receive the care and service they need. I go above and beyond the normal

Wynn Resorts Corporate Benefits Department. First as Benefits Representative then promoted to
Benefits Coordinator. Duties included Health Insurance Enrollments, Health Claim Issues, Short Term
Disability Claims, Long Term Disability Claims, Life Insurance enrollments as well as claims
processing, COBRA enrollments, applications and payments. I also facilitated authorization for
procedures for employees to get proper care and treatment. I interacted with the HMO provider
processing billing and resolving Customer Service issues, along with Colonial Life Insurance, Met Life
Insurance and CIGNA Healthcare. I was also nominated for Employee of the Month at Wynn due to
my work ethic and caring for those I served.
• November 2000 through April 2003 -
Golden Nugget Benefits Department as Benefits Rep. Handled health insurance enrollments, claims
issues with Third Party Administrator, 401k Plan, Disability Claims, Life Insurance Claims.
• June 1997 till November 2000 -
Mirage Resorts Corporate Health Benefits Department as Customer Service and later as
Administrative Assistant to Benefits Manager.
Skills:
I am proficient with the latest versions of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. I am very pro-
active in getting the job done and the issue resolved. I am very Customer Service oriented. My goal
