Consulting Projects: First hand experience with environmental related projects, main projects worked on
including:
Developed a report about the chemical registration requirements (REACH) and finished products labeling
requirements for a multinational consumer chemical products manufactures before their planned launch of a
new brand of consumer soaps and furniture wax products into China market;
Created and maintain an excel file to track the labeling and material safety data sheet (MSDS) requirements
for a leading lubricant product manufacturer. Helped the company to design localized labels for their
lubricant oil products.
Developed a report for a medical device manufacturer to compare extended producer responsibility in
different regions they plan to sell their products to, including the United States, China, Taiwan and Japan;
Drafted a memo to discuss the manufacturer's obligations regarding the restricted substances used in
electrical and electronic products under the 2012 proposed China RoHS amendment.
Co host a monthly conference call with the EHS managers of a multinational pharmaceutical company, to
update the EHS legal developments in China and the US, address the potential impacts on the company, and
also suggest the compliance strategy with the new requirements.
Management Experience:
Provide direct advice to the company's chief operation manager on recruitment and new employees' on board
training issues. Assisting the chief manager to develop the company's annual hiring plan, update the
recruitment procedure, and run the company's legal consultant hiring. In charge of the company's internship
program, and supervise three full time legal interns on daily basis for the summer of 2012.
