. Certificate on Yokogawa DCS CENTUM CS1000/CS3000.

. I have completed my MBA in ( Operation Mgt.) through distance mode .

organization power plant division.

Having 85 MW Captive Power Plant with capacity of 70 TPH AFBC Boiler,

100 TPH BFBC Boiler, 30 TPH, 56 TPH and 51X 2 TPH WHR Boiler having

3x10 MW TG Set, 1x30 MW TG Set condensing type, and DCS (ABB AC800F

ver.6.2 & 7.1) operating system of Freelance 2000 and 1x25 MW TG Set

air cooled type with YOKOGAWA DCS (CENTUM 1000)

NATURE OF JOB -

. Trouble shooting of DCS (ABB AC800F ver.6.2 & 7.1) operating system

of Freelance 2000.

. Trouble shooting of DCS (YOKOGAWA ver.Centum1000).

. Monitoring & Controlling of Parameters i.e. Pressure, Temperature,

Flow, Level.

. Shift routine work.

. Calibration of SMART transmitters of makes ABB, TATA-HONEYWELL,

Rosemount and YOKOGAWA.

. Calibration of Motorized Valves (make: Rotork & Auma) and Pneumatic

Control valves (make: Fisher, Mazda, Forbes Marshall and MIL).

. Maintenance & Problem finding of Ash Handling Systems (Macawaber

Beekay, OSM & Pneuair Engg.).

. Maintenance of all Type of Power Cylinders (Pneumatic & RPC).

. Maintenance of Turbine Controller of Woodard 505 Series.

. Logic Buildup & Implementation of DCS System.

. Spare parts planning & management.

. Root cause analysis of breakdown.

. Co-ordination with plant operation staff.

. 1 X 100 TPH BFBC Boilers (Rice Husk Based).

1. P & I Approval .

2. Preparing Cable Schedule for Field Instruments and DCS.

3. Preparing indent for Boiler & turbine hardware as per

required Sch.

4. Preparing Technical Spec. for purchasing new Instrument

5. Erection and Commissioning of various field Instruments

6. Inspection of DCS Control loops and Control logics

7. Commissioning of Yokogawa CS1000 DCS.
