Pre sales consulting develop of functional Demos. The more important goal achieved was

that we win the project of design and implementation of Soprol e’s Distribution Center.

Logistics Operation Consulting, redesign of supply chain, statistical analysis, operational

process improvement, inventory management, definition of storage rules to optimize space

and storage flow.
