. Responsible for ensuring QA of state of the art Brahmos Missile & other

underwater Weapons systems while positioned at Brahmos Aerospace

Trivandrum Limited as resident QA manager for Indian Navy (MSQAA).

. Responsible for the transformation of the commercial forecast in to the

meaningful demand forecast, for use in capacity planning.

. Planned & controlling all project activities and implementing quality

standards for meeting the set targets.

. Reviewed existing systems & procedures and designed internal

controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving

higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost

reduction.

. Deputed to ITALY in May 2011 for conducting Pre-Delivery Acceptance

testing of new state of the art C-303 underwater Decoy system at OEM

premises (WASS Italy).

of works, liaison with agencies and ensured all the records are made

accordance to the ISO standards.

. Forecasted manpower requirement based on future induction of stores by

factoring in the complexity involved in carrying out Testing and

Inspection, man hour rates vis-a-vis the job specifications.

. Member of Recruitment Board for Recruitment of Defence Civilians and

administered entire recruitment process.

. Oversaw activities including revenue procurement, ion, legal/disciplinary

cases, and physical security of assets, infrastructure development and
