INDIRECT ACCOUNT MANAGER (2005 - 2013)
Oversee and direct operations at more than 30 Cricket Wireless stores in Southeast market area. Report directly to
regional sales director in Nashville to align corporate and store owner expectations and objectives. Conduct regular
training sessions to account for rapid changes in product lines and services. Conduct lease and vender negotiations
during new store openings to penetrate competitive markets and generate additional revenues. Mentor store owners in
best practices to improve sales. Analyze business developments and monitor market trends to inform sales strategies
and develop new, relevant products.
Steered development of new stores and sales professionals, including one individual who transitioned from entry
level sales to management to owning four stores. Increased individual and company-wide revenues as a result.
Won coveted real estate in shopping malls and vital retail locations through innovative negotiating techniques.
CHANNEL MANAGER – Cricket Wireless-PAYGO DIVISION (2009 - 2010)
Constructed distribution network for new pay-as-you-go cellphone product line. Negotiated contracts for product
placement at 300+ locations around the Southeast. Developed and maintained key relationships with independent store
owners to increase visibility and availability of new products. Created marketing materials and outreach campaigns to
build interest in new services.
Earned top PAYGO sales figures out of 48 markets by designing successful marketing campaigns and winning
contracts with a diverse list of store owners. Achieved top rank for two years until promotion to indirect
account manager.
Established $1M+ in new monthly revenues by building demand for pay-as-you-go products and services.

Championed sales and product training efforts for nearly 100 Cricket Wireless stores in Southeast market area. Set up
sales motivation projects to increase worker output, eventually reaching highest level of performance ever measured in
SE sales region. Successfully promoted workplace diversity and inclusion by facilitating various hiring and training
initiatives. Sustained frequent interaction with clients to provide prompt responses to product issues and inquiries.
Oversaw pilot program putting Cricket phones in Walmart stores. Based on success of program at Nashville
Walmart’s, program was implemented nation-wide, boosting annual revenues by millions of dollars.
