CCO’s liabilities. Build new third party vendor relationships and make
recommendations based upon CCO’s business needs.
Develop and maintain CCO Standard Operating Procedures and third-party
vendor policies for live meeting execution and office operations. Manage all
contracts associated with securing meeting space, catering and logistics, and
office management; negotiate fair pricing, contract terms and conditions to
mitigate risk to CCO.
Take lead role in maintaining and organizing office operations and procedures,
including liaising with property management and other third parties to ensure
office conditions and supplies meet the needs of office staff.
