Operations Supervisor – Third Marine Air Wing, San Diego, CA
• Successfully planned and coordinated military exercises allocating equipment and personnel from several organizations in Southern California, Arizona, Japan & North Carolina.
• Created and led a 5 person Aviation Ground Support team in successfully evaluating a military unit during a field exercise. Published and developed the executive summary for the Commanding General, Third Marine Air Wing.

• Planned and procured materials, enhancing the ability of the unit during participation in field exercises.

Regimental Combat Team 7 Retrograde Liaison Supervisor - Afghanistan
• Served as an intermediary, planning and coordinating the receipt and return of 2,805 pieces of Marine Corps equipment from infantry units, successfully returning $168,707,726.21 to the United States.
• Enhanced customer relationships by providing excellent service, anticipating needs and quickly resolving issues.
• Proposed and implemented an logistical hub in Helmand Province, expediting return of equipment through the use of 40 Marines enabling an additional return of 1,500 pieces of Marine Corps Equipment.
• Worked alongside Army, Navy and Air Force units managing contracts and assisting with their retrograde process throughout all regions of Afghanistan.
• Directed the efforts of units and idividuals in the achivement of strategic and operational objectives throughout deployment.
