Job description:
The in-house linguist is responsible for all translated Internet content ensuring
consistency of Citi Spanish Glossary and Style Guidelines, Legal, Compliance and
Operations for all Citi cards and private label web sites.
Acts as proofreader ensuring linguistic quality
o
Performs small in-house translations as needed.
o
Processes all necessary changes to copy translated copy.
o
Keeps Spanish copy decks in sync with English versions including revision

history
Attends project meetings as needed
o
Provides translation status updates to Multilingual Manager to ensure timely

delivery and project prioritization.
Reviews translations after integration on the appropriate output prior release

Performs quality assurance of all translated pieces in the production servers after

each release
Keeps translated assets and prepare file for record retention.

Keeps TMs updated, edits TMs and sends them to vendor accordingly

Determines whether projects might be submitted to third party vendors, and
