Responsibilities

Ensuring great guest experience and needs are met. Stocking all areas of the store and helping other team

members in need. Finishing daily tasks in a timely manner, always working with a sense of urgency. Using

backroom equipment suck as manual pallet jack and forklifts on a daily basis for movement of stock.

Accomplishments

Since I was a fast learner and picked things up quickly, I was able to train new team members within a month,

and became universal to work in any area of the store. I have been the top team member numerous amounts

of time, and contiue to strive for excellence

Skills Used

Urgency is a huge skill I had to use, I also had to be persuasive to try and sell our guest target red cards. I

always demonstrate a trustworthy demeanor and am reliable to be at work on time.

Responsibilities

Each day I was responsible for preparing food and ingredients in the morning to prepare for the afternoon

rush . Cutting onions, lettuce, jalapeños,cheese and making rice were my My duties in the morning. When

we opened I was primarily a cook and had to make chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas and cutting the food

into proper sizes I be served.

Accomplishments

I was a universal team member that could work any position, so if anyone were to call off or be trained, I was

able to step in and contribute more than others.

Skills Used

Precision, urgency, and the will to learn more daily. Being responsible and reliable and trustworthy helped me

become a better team member.

Coach

Illinois speed basketball - Lisle, IL - February 2011 to August 2013

Responsibilities

Each day I was responsible for coaching multiple age groups of kid ranging from 5 to 14 year old boys and girls.

I was also responsible for training them for an hour a day in conditioning, strength, plyometrics and speed.

Accomplishments

I was able to win a state runner up trophy with an eighth grade team which gave our program sponsors and

helped lower the cost for all players

Skills Used

I always had to demonstrate patience, but being a leader and role model were huge factors. I also had to

show special attention to less skilled players to make sure they stayed motivated.
