I am part of the protective detail responsible for the safety of United States

Ambassador in Kabul, Afghanistan. Our mission is to provide surgical and precise

security within a protective detail. These include Terrorist Operations, tactical

motorcade operations, understanding and implementing motorcade immediate action

drills on up armored and low profile vehicles. I posses qualifications on the

following; M4 Rifle/Carbine with Iron Sights, M4 Rifle/Carbine with Optics, Glock

(Model 19) pistol (Concealed Carry with Belt/Hip, and cross-draw holsters), M249

and M240B machineguns, and the M203 grenade launcher. Vehicle Dynamics and

Evasive Maneuvers, route identification and route planning.

Emergency Reaction Team Member for Armor Group/Aegis (WPS)

Kabul, Afghanistan 09/2011-06/2013

I was part of an emergency response team whose mission is to provide an immediate

offensive response force to address security incidents and high-risk threats within the

perimeter of the U.S. Embassy compound. The Emergency Response Team is tasked

with providing armed protective security for US Civilians and DOS employees,

personal security escort to ISAF military hospitals for medical emergencies, route

reconnaissance and daily protective security during convoys in support of diplomatic

missions. The Emergency Response Team conducts mandatory weekly shift training

and daily team training on emergency response plans and maintains proficiency in

DOS standard weapons, Glock 19 & 17, M4, M-249 and M-240B as scheduled during

quarterly qualifications.

I reacted to assigned areas for the prevention of crime and enforcement of laws and

ordinances, controlled and restrained potentially violent persons; conducted

was to provide them with reliable security, accurate route planning and safe

transportation from point to point. Provide public safety by maintaining order,

responding to emergency calls, performing reconnaissance, presence and security

patrols in the area of operations of Ramadi, Iraq. Identified, pursued and arrest what

were considered high value targets and VBIED’S within the area. Performed

controlled vehicle check points in the search of any contraband, improvised explosive

devices, high value targets and/or suspicious personnel able of creating possible treat.

Performed organized raids in order to eliminate terrorist activities and provided

overall security for the local populist.

United States Marine Corps

Special Operation Training Group SOTG

Rep of Georgia/Russian Border 08/09 to 12/09

I was part of a Border Transition Team and operated as vehicle commander for the

personal security detail of the Commander in charge of operations and ISAF

personnel. My responsibilities were to provide all VIP personnel with reliable route

planning, proper preparation and accountability of all vehicles and members of the

convoy, including all interpreters, navy corpsman and all PSD personnel. I was in

charge of insuring all marines knew the proper immediate action drills in case of

small arms fire, IED, Sniper and ambush attacks. My team was in charge of providing

direct protection to all principals in the convoy during mounted and dismounted

operations. We operated tactical weapons like M249 saw, 50 cal., M240 B, M4

Carbine and M9 Beretta.
