Aaron's, Inc. is a lease to own retailer. The company focuses on leases and retail sales of furniture,

electronics, appliances, and computers. It is divided into three major divisions: sales and lease ownership;

corporate furnishings; and manufacturing. The incorporation of manufacturing as well as retailing makes

the company vertically integrated. Customer Core is the new POS application which is replacing all their

old legacy systems across stores.

Duties:

Managed the day to day testing duties of analysts’ onsite.

Wrote test plans, defect management and QA strategies for all projects.

Facilitated status calls and training sessions with testers, management and stakeholders via

conference call and WebEx…executed test cases manually and used automated tools testing for
