an active participant in strategy discussions and production planning at regular

company presentations, both in person and on WebX, to present, explain, and field

queries about new and revised legal policies. I also mentored newer members to the

Legal team as well as key production heads, editors, and assistants, reviewing legal

policies and procedures, and explaining the Legal workflow.!

• Collaborated with the Legal administrative team to streamline and revise our content

management database guidelines by limiting data entry to include only third-party

content. This eliminated the time required to enter ‘fair use’, company-owned, and

public domain data, and reducing the average data entry fees by $10,000 per project.!

• I implemented a realignment of workflow by assigning each researcher to a set list of

disciplines, effectively creating a team of Subject Matter Experts. This realignment

synchronized my group with the editorial and production group alignments, and
