Welding, NDT & Quality Control Inspection(procedure & welder qualification, welder

monitoring) ( material & safety data sheet, client data sheet etc)

QC/QA Engineer

Carry out all kinds of required NDT methods such as Ultrasonic, MPI & DYE Penetrant test

in static equipments such as tanks, vessels to heater coils, Magnetic Flux Leakage Inspection of Tank

bottom plates etc.

Skilled in inspection and QC activities of the fabrication and installation of oil and gas

pipelines, storage tanks, piping, structural steel and pressure vessel

Knowledge of ASME (ASNT) Quality Standard Section V, Vlll, lX.

Inspection of structural fabrication, pressure vessel, piping & welding activities using SMAW, FCAW,

SAW, GTAW & GMAW process.

Review of design drawing & implementing clients comments, preparation pre qualification inspection

codes, standards & approved complete documentation.

Hardness testing of materials.

Well conversant with NDT methods such as VT, UT, RT, MPT etc.
