Illinois facility to South Carolina; inclusive of over 100 Engineer,
Marketing and Supply Chain personnel. Project included the installation
of a multiple engine assembly lines and shipping docks.
Results: Achieved seamless migration and integration, accomplished with
no unscheduled downtime.
. Caterpillar, Inc.-CAT USOD (East Peoria/Aurora, IL): Managed various
Supply Chain projects for the United States and Europe. Projects
included supply chain optimization through Pull Process, Kanban
Calculator implementation and Rapid Work Improvement (RWI) sessions
Results: Reduced inventory and time to market within customer's
expectations.
. Caterpillar, Inc.-Large Engine Center (Lafayette, IN): Managed large-
scale new product development projects of Ultra Lean Burn and Lean Burn
natural gas engines to comply with emissions regulatory standards.
Engines required multiple cylinder sizes and new development of Engine
Management Systems (EMS). Total project cost: $24M
Results: Completed projects on time to avoid daily $1M penalties for
emissions regulatory noncompliance.
. Caterpillar, Inc.-Mossville Engine Center (Mossville, IL): Managed
multiple project teams in developing Commercial and Industrial Marine
Engines to comply with EPA regulations and standards. Marine engines
required multiple cylinder sizes and new development of Engine Management
Systems (EMS). Total project cost: $100M+
Results: Completed projects on time to avoid penalties for EPA regulatory
noncompliance.
. Caterpillar, Inc.-Large Engine Center (Lafayette, IN): Provided project
management support for the development of a new large engine platform.
Engine platform consisted of Off- Highway Trucks, Marine, Rail Road and
Electric Power Generators with all engines requiring various cylinder
sizes and Engine Management Systems. Total project cost: $450M

global rollout of new SAP system, processes, and procedures to achieve
