Viscoelastic and Interfacial Mechanisms of Cell-Matix Interactions under Dynamic Environments

Developed self-assembled, viscoelastic F127 solution and studied physical properties of the hydrogel matrix.

Investigated the interation between Pluronic and polystyrene beads / fixed cells. Analyzed the interfacial

phenomenon and programmed the biomechanical response of F127 hydrogel as physical stimlus for cell growth

Developed Pluroic model using C++ code, scripts and large scalecomputing on AIX Linux. Validated models

using hypothesis tests and optimized simulation system using algorithms such as steepest descent.

Performed coarse-grained molecular dynamic simulation of SF-EPS-cell interactions adapting Martini force field.

Calculated potential mean force associated with translocation between cell membrane, extracellular substate

and signal factors.
