To whom it may concern

Re: Kelly Ann Moulds

4 Snowden Pl

Wanniassa ACT 2903

Kelly has been employed at Chisholm Dental Surgery since 13th October 2011.

In her initial stage Kelly was employed as an assistant to one of the four dentists in the practice. As time

progressed it was clear Kelly was more than capable of moving into a more senior position. She was promoted

to Sterilization Nurse, which is one of the most important roles, due to the critical nature of Infection Control

in a dental practice. Within this position she also has a great deal of contact with the public in reception, which

she manages with maturity, courtesy and empathy.

Kelly has proven herself to be an invaluable member of this team. She is punctual, reliable, capable and has a

keen attention to detail. She is forward thinking, encourages her fellow staff members and is always diligent

when asked to complete any task given to her.

She will be missed by her employers and fellows employees and we wish her every success in her future

endeavours.

Thank you
