Vtrans I-89 Bridge #81 Design Build, Milton, VT February 2013 – Present

Structures Project Engineer

Project Cost: $23,100,000

Working with the designer to develop plans for the replacement of two existing I-89 bridges known as

Interstate Bridge 81 North and South over the Lamoille River in Milton, Vermont. The two bridges will

be replaced with a single bridge consisting of three spans. Further responsibilities include

managing/scheduling of subcontractors, cost control, material deliveries, design review and submittals.

NYSDOT Route 17 Bypass, Parksville, NY May 2009 – October 2012

Structures Project Engineer

Project Cost: $95,000,000

Managed scheduling of subcontractors, material deliveries, cost control and submittals for 4.5 miles of

road, thirteen new bridges and five rehabilitated bridges. Performed field tests and assisted field

personnel with equipment utilization and repair. Coordinated completion of 1.5 million cubic meters of

rock cut. Supervised field operations for the completion of five rehabilitated bridges by Tetra Tech

Construction crews and subcontractors. Developed punch list and project close out.

Marble River Wind Farm, Clinton County, NY November 2010 – February 2011

Project Cost: $20,000,000

Generated project reports and coordinated material deliveries for 145,000 linear feet of road, seventy-

two 2.5 mega watt Vestas Turbines. Tracked materials and produced cost control analysis for roads and

foundations, erosion and sediment control and maintenance and NYS Ag & Market restoration.

High Sheldon Wind Farm, Wyoming County, NY August 2008 – May 2009

Field Engineer

Project Cost: $24,000,000

Generated owner quality control record binders for seventy-five 1.5 Mega Watt GE Turbines and

twenty five miles of road. Tracked materials, equipment utilization and produced cost control reports

and assisted the project manager and superintendent as needed.

Perkins Restaurant, Plattsburgh, NY December 2005 – January 2006

Site Superintendent

Project Cost: $18,000

Coordinated and worked with owner to complete finish work installation in order to meet dead line for

store opening. Oversaw the carpentry work and other on-site subcontractors, ordered materials, and

coordinated with office staff building labor.

Esposito Home Addition and Remodel, Plattsburgh, NY June 2005 – August 2005

Site Superintendent

Project Cost: $380,000

Completed carriage house addition and remodel of historic house built in the 1800’s by working with

the owner, architect and Clinton County Historic Society. Responsible for ordering materials and

coordination of on-site subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.

Valcour Home, Plattsburgh, NY June 2004 – August 2004

Site Superintendent

Project Cost: $1,800,000

Managed construction of state of the art home on Lake Champlain. Coordinated materials and finishes

with the owner and architect. Directed production of employees and on-site subcontractors for

excavation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and finish work.
