One day seminar on “Entrepreneurship Development”, under National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a

recognised R & D centre by the “Central Ministry of Science & Tech”.

Got acquainted with the opportunities, scope, and skills of organizational strategies and

entrepreneurship which would help in the better understanding of organization chart of any firm.

Two day workshop on “Satellite-Robotics”, under Robosapiens India, certified by the “E-Cell IIT-KGP”.

Developed a Sat-Bot with coding the ATMEL-AVR 8 bit micro controller with the AVR studio software.

Installed light sensors; AVR USB programmer; Stepper Motor logic. Tested it under various conditional

programs, so as to wide range its applications. A hardware and software workshop.

Two day workshop on “PCB Designing”, in association with “Indo Global Services”.

Designed a printed circuit board by, drilling; patterning; dry filming; striping; etching. Patterned the board

with Ki-CAD s/w. Designed a light and heat sensor circuit to get notified about the temp. & reflection

changes of heat and light. A hardware and software workshop.

Training’s & Projects:

TRAINING: Was trained in the “Thermal Power Plant” at the V izag Steel Plant for a period of 2

weeks.

o Learned from a reality check on the TPP and got an overview on modelling, setting up,

controlling, maintenance, safety, running, and economy of a plant in real time. Dealt with

3x60MW & 1x67.5MW Steam Turbine Generators, Industrial Single line diagrams.

MINI-PROJECT: Worked on a Mini-Project on “Data Analysis & Optimization of Renewable Energy

using HOMER, for the rural electrification of Yanam”, under an Asst. Professor in my college.

o Deals with the idea of electrifying the areas of Yanam with the renewable energy sources

available there. Was acclaimed for its practical application. The simulation of data was

performed using HOMER s/w. Insights on various RET’s. Working on this mini-project

educated me with the practical analysis on real time data of the renewable sources and

their scope of application. HOMER is an USA’s DOE (Department Of Energy) developed

software, used for the energy applications in NASA & other energy auditing sectors.

PROJECT: Completed a project titled “Excitation of Generators”, in the Thermal Power Plant of the

V izag Steel Plant.

o Studied the excitation systems of the two existing 12MW Russian make generators in the Gas

Expansion Turbine Station (GETS) division of the VSP, and the advancements and

enhancements in the operation and protection of the very.

EXPERIENCE: Worked on an Internship project, at the Reliance Industries Ltd., KG-D6 Basin;

considered as a main project for the Bachelors course; titled “Fault Analysis & Diagnosis of

Electrical Machines”.

o Deals with the understanding of the extraction, processing of the Crude O il, Natural Gas and

its essential chemical reactions with MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) & TEG (Tetra Ethylene

Glycol) and the electrical equipment being used in the chemical processes and their

specifications.

o Need of reliability of electrical machines in the industry and maintaining their efficiency and

power characteristics by analysing the possible faults and diagnosing them. Dealt with the

3x29MVA Gas Turbine Generators (GTG’s).

o Preventive Maintenance on Generator, Motors, Transformer, Batteries, was thoroughly done

and the SMP’s & SOP’s are studied and implicated.

o Insight’s about the Machine Faults; Diagnosing Tests; Switchgear labelling, operation &

protection; Preventive Maintenance; Numerical Relays & ACB’s, VCB’s; Energy Metering;

Underground T/L systems; Industrial Safety & Work Structure.

1st place in the Group dance competition at RITHM-2K13, Yanam, and much other participation’s.

81 percentile in the E-Litmus ph.-test.

Various participation and position certificates in sports since schooling.
