Operation and Production: Planning and implementation of the production

line for the Weld Shop. Conducting failure investigation analysis to

identify gaps with the CMM Report & take corrective measures so as to

reduce equipment failure & maximise plant availability. Monitoring and

optimising processes, troubleshooting problems in coordination with other

departments and improving efficiency. Running the Automated weld shop with

improvement in the efficiency. Handling a team of 25 people including

welding engineers, setters and operators.

Operations & Maintenance: Planning & implementing the preventive &

breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and

safety. Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take

corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximise plant

availability. Monitoring and optimising processes, troubleshooting problems

in coordination with other departments and improving efficiency.

Effectuating rollout activities along with the maintenance schedules to

obstruction / defects and conducting service and repair to rectify the

equipments through the application of troubleshooting tools. Ensuring

completion of all project activities within the time & cost parameters and

Installation & Commissioning: Identifying project bottlenecks and
