Global Head of Product (2010 - 2014)
Today, CoreOne has three main business lines; DelteOne, a provider of front
office index and ETF data, PrimeOne, a provider of hosted software and
services supporting prime brokerage operations, and VistaOne, a data
warehouse and hosted client reporting solution.
Returned to NY in September 2010 as the Global Head of Product to launch
new business lines and products, specifically the highly successful
PrimeOne and VistaOne Solutions that were formed from the purchase of third
party post-trade processing software from Barclays and the acquisition of
CorrectNet, respectively.
. From 2010 through 2013, new products led the increase in gross profit
from $8.8m in 2010 to $27.1m in 2013.
. Successfully established and managed operations and technology teams
globally with over 200 global clients and 250 staff located in New York,
London, Bangalore and Mumbai, generating a global support and operating
model for products and services allowing new products to achieve
profitability within 18 months of launch.
. Negotiated and closed multi-million dollar contracts for the acquisition
of third party software and new clients for the PrimeOne business.
. Managed the overall technology and operations budgets allowing the
company to reach 17% EDITDA in FY2013, from negative 22% EBITDA in 2010.
. Initiated the research and due diligence that led to the acquisition of
the company's first compliance solution in 2013 with the acquisition of
Thompson Reuters Transaction Analysis solution for 605/606 reporting.
EVP Operations and Interim COO (2007 - 2010)
Retained by the CEO of Netik and appointed as the EVP Operations for Netik
(rebranded as CoreOne), the result of the merger of Capco Reference Data
Services and Netik after Symphony Technology Group acquired Netik from BNY
Mellon. Netik was a leading provider of data warehouse software and
inquiry solutions.
. Consolidated technology organizations to our offshore facility generating
an overall savings of 40% in FTE costs enabling the company to achieve
it's first ever quarterly profit in 4Q 2009, despite a very tough market
environment.
. Managed FTE and technology costs during the financial crisis through
headcount reductions, salary givebacks and offshoring, without sacrificing
client engagements and new business.
. Implemented new reporting guidelines to streamline the Board reporting
process, creating standard methodologies for tracking and reporting on
operational and technical KPIs
Chief Operating Officer for Capco Reference Data Services and Partner (2002
- 2007)
Recruited in 2002 to lead the creation of a new Managed Service business to
supplement Capco's existing professional services business. With the
acquisition of Iverson Financial Systems in 2003, Capco Reference Data
Services was formed and I moved from NY to California to head up the new
division.
. Integrated redundant functions into Capco to eliminate 15% overhead costs
for finance, payroll, sales and marketing.
. Created first ever offshore technology development center for CRDS and
moved midnight staff functions from California to daylight functions in
Bangalore. Also moved 100% of onshore development to Bangalore.
. Executed the sale of part of the acquired business to Mergent Financial
for an immediate 20% return on the purchase of the company.
. Created and presented the CRDS story during strategic presentations with
private equity forms that led to the acquisition of Capco and Capco
Reference Data Services by Symphony Technology Group in 2005.

. Implemented the Quality Management Program for all new software
development successfully reducing our key defect ratios by 35%.
. Led key sales initiatives resulting in annual revenue growth of over 300%
from 1997 through 2000.
Product Manager (1992-1998)
. Responsible for FTI's flagship product, Global Accounting Engine, and
successfully implemented the new offering into our global partnership
client base. The project was delivered on time and in budget and is still
in use today.
. Sold project development partnership to existing clients for the creation
