maintain the calendar for all the accountants. Draft letters to clients; make bank deposits, and bill and

post payments using an Excel spreadsheet and QuickBooks. Also extensive use of Office Pro Tools and

Pro Series Tax Preparation Software.

for the office. Scheduled appointments for the attorney and kept his court calendar. Along with these

Medical Office Manager

During my employment with Dr. Anna Arsenous, of Cosmetic & Surgical Arts, LLC, I

successfully negotiated and brought to completion seven legal matters that otherwise would have gone

into litigation. I skillfully maintained accounts receivable and accounts payable, and was responsible for

all business banking matters and payroll. My duties also included acting as a patient liaison regarding

insurance matters, and insurance pre-certification for surgical procedures and booking hospital

procedures. For in-office surgical procedures I assisted the physician, primarily for cosmetic and minor

surgical procedures, biopsies, tummy tucks, breast augmentation, and facial fillers. Re-credentialing of

the doctor for hospital privileges was also my responsibility along with supervising the office staff.
