Created a “first of its kind”, fully comprehensive flagship Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operation for
Honda Motor Company, straying away from traditional practices to create a new and sustainable company
benchmark.
Saved more than $300K in annual labor expenses while trimming materials planning, and containing
manpower to 75% relative to standard North American operations, supporting business growth in a highly
competitive market, withstanding market downturn.
